St. Patricks Day wasn't top priority for these group of LGFA young ladies as they played their Féile A semi-final and final today - seeing them being crowned Kildare LGFA Féile A Champions.

They had seen off Celbridge and Leixlip in the qualifying rounds, which saw them face Sarsfields this morning in the semifinals. Victorious this morning saw these young ladies reach the Final against Round Towers which on this occasion they came away with the win.

Féile is always a wonderful event for all players and Maynooth young ladies along with their Management team would like to convey their thanks to all their opposition and Kildare LGFA for a wonderful event.

Maynooth Féile A team was captained by Keeva Flynn.

Maynooth LGFA would like to congrat the young ladies their coaching team Fran Dormans, Frank Shíne, Phil Connolly, David O'Connor, Barry Powderly and Dave Keegan.
